This one focuses on gathering more information before going into a sales call and presenting it in a way that will garner more customer interest and attention. Sobczak seems to think it was necessary to write a book to I read this book as part of an initiative at work and find myself completely disappointed in it.
Do you dread calling prospects? If a top prospect gets a hundred calls a week, you want to be the one he remembers and buys from.
