All the Beaverdale wines are very good quality and are made from the actual grape varities they are labelled as. The idea is not to vigorously beat the wine just to agitate it enough to encourage the CO2 out. I extend the timelines massively i have kits that are stiull in DJ’s three years after stabilising.
