It pains me to admit that I will probably keep reading these misugided they come out. This was the weakest book in this series by far. Looking for a particular type of book? New York State United States.
This book is different from the others. And then you have Deming who is about to meet up with her twin sister and two other blue bloods like her to hunt down the nephilim. At least she was a little kid The first thing I said when I gazed down at the book in my hands was, “Oh, the cover! If you’ve read Melissa’s earlier Blue Bloods books, you’ll know that she writes, in between chapters, little snippets of the past that tend to relate to what is going angfl while you’re reading which is awesome.
Read on for more about Merrie and her book, an excerpt, plus an giveaway! This was such a short book and briefly touched on a number of things without really advancing the story.
Misguided Angel is the story of new and old characters. I EVEN find mimi 10x more interesting, especially with oliver around we see a much kinder side to her, they’re both as vulnerable as each other and as much as mimi denies that she can ever relate to oliver “red blood”, she later on realized he’s like her new safety blanker – i wish there was some romance there but since their thinking of rescuing kinsley that idea is down drain, but you never know: See 1 question about Misguided Angel….
I’d completely forgotten how the Van Alen Legacy had ended, and who half of the characters even I was completely obsessed with these books a few years ago, but kind of forgot about them in the gap between finishing The Van Alen Legacy and Misguided Angel being published.
Misguided Angel (Blue Bloods, #5) by Melissa de la Cruz (3 star ratings)
I did enjoy the story though. But Mimi has her hands full with other business having had to take over the Vampire Blud as leader in the absence of her father and there is someone out there killing vampires.
There were these reincarnated vampires who were really angels and these silver-blood freaks were killing them. I’m hoping that I still enjoy the rest of the series. The second section was about Mimi she trys to push her feelings for Kingsley out of the way but is overtaken by revenge for Jack. This is reminiscent of what happened in the previous book. She has so many layers. Or so I hope. Mimi is still alive No, she questions that. I got to see how and why they became vampires. I was so happy when I discovered that there is a possibility that my beloved Kingsley will be coming back soon!
The Beach Lane Collection. This book, finally, has come diversity. We are introduced to another characters. Besides these 3 stories there was also snippets of the earlier “Venators” in the ‘s tracking down silver bloods as well as demons.
Part three Deming is a venator, Blue Blood task force, and the angel of mercy. Which is saying something because none of these books are super?? I also quite liked Deming.

Misguided Angel (Blue Bloods #5) by Melissa de la Cruz Book Reviews
Sky is no Bella — she is a strong female lead who despite her feelings she keeps pushing forward. Is anyone annoyed how they speak of Sky being an abomination?
Now she must find a way to save the teen and soon another one without putting the entire coven in danger. I probably feel this way since I was giving this book without the knowledge that it was related to the Blue Bloods series, The beginning of the story was nice. I originally thought misguideed the previous book was my least favorite.
She now divides her time between New York and Los Angeles, where she lives in the Hollywood Hills with her husband and daughter. I hope that I am proved wrong in the coming 2 books.
