Business Biographies are not guides. The chapter on design thinking was a refreshing idea for me and it was good to know that Future group is kshore lot of it. Kishore Biyani definitely revolutionised retail in India; he ensured even the commonest woman entered malls via quality goods at affordable prices.
And essentially, every such company took some unconventional steps and went through a lot of transformations. KB emphasizes on relationships throughout the book: As large business houses enter the retail space, Kishore Biyani is not just concentrating on retail but aiming to capture the entire Indian consumption space.
No trivia or quizzes yet. These small reminders kept reminding Kishoreji about his main goal of serving the retail customers but biyqni Bhartiya style.
Apart from minor typos, this book reads real easy. They don’t fit in to our organisation because they are too proud of the fact that they are an MBA.

Onlg all, the book has come from one of those people who rose from being a common man to re-define the way people shop. Feedback, tips, suggestions, or just to ask a question. But as Biyani writes about his denial of regret for the premature listing of the company on the stock exchange, i feel even the book is a little premature.
